For this concept, I wanted to target people looking for something fast and casual but to give the sense of a dine in restaurant.

Along the lines of visiting their “funky” grandmother’s house eating a home cooked healthy meal.

In addition, I wanted the concept to extend into a food delivery service.

The idea of the menu is to provide farm fresh, organic vegan/AIP diet friendly meals.
